Terms

Using KeMA means agreeing to what is on this page. It is short because the product is small, and there is no point pretending otherwise.

What KeMA is

A tool for writing down up to three goals a week, answering for them on a Friday, and optionally letting up to three people you choose see both. It is not coaching, therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not pretend to be.

KeMA is operated by Tribe Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Tribe Ventures LLC.

It is early

KeMA started in August 2026. Things will break, messages may arrive behind schedule or not at all, and features may change or disappear. There is no uptime commitment. If something breaks in a way that matters to you, reply to any email and tell us, because at this stage that is genuinely how it gets fixed.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself, and use the product as yourself rather than as somebody else. You must be 18 or older.

Your goals are yours

You own what you write. You give us permission to store it and to show it to the people you choose to see it, who are called supporters here and nowhere else in the product, which is the only reason we hold it. We will not publish it, sell it, or use it in marketing with your name attached. If we ever want to quote something anonymously we will ask you first.

Supporters

When you invite somebody to be your supporter, you are choosing to show them your goals and your answers. Only invite somebody you actually want seeing them. You can remove a supporter at any time and they stop receiving anything immediately.

Messages

The product works by sending you a small number of emails each week, and text messages if you have asked for them. You can reduce or stop email from the link in any footer, and stop texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

What it costs and how billing works

KeMA is a paid subscription. The current prices and billing periods are on the pricing page. When you subscribe, the first 14 days are covered and no payment is taken. If you cancel inside that window, nothing is charged.

After that the subscription renews automatically at the price and interval you chose, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your card details. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than ending the period you have already paid for.

If a payment lands and the rhythm was not right for you, write to us and we will refund it. That is a real commitment and not a limited-time one.

KeMA is also sold as a single payment for ninety days. That is not a subscription: it does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and no card is charged again. Access starts when the payment is made and ends ninety days later. The refund commitment below applies to it in the same way. Nothing is taken automatically when the ninety days end. If you want to carry on, you buy again or subscribe, and either way you choose it.

If prices change, existing subscriptions keep the price they were bought at until we tell you otherwise, and we will tell you before any change takes effect.

Ending it

You can stop using KeMA whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to harass somebody or to break the law.

Liability

KeMA is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
