How it works

Seven minutes a week, and then the week comes around again.

Four on Sunday, one on Wednesday, two on Friday. Nothing daily, and nothing to schedule with anybody.

  1. SundayPick three. Not the urgent ones. Whatever is taking up the most room in your head. Sunday evening is the best time to set them, and you have until 8pm on Monday if that evening got away.
  2. WednesdayOne tap.On track or not. One second, and it is yours and private. Entirely optional.
  3. FridayDone or not done. One tap each, and a line about what got in the way if something didn’t. That line stays with you. Done is an answer, not done is also an answer, and both weigh less than not knowing which.Carried: Call Mom twice. Next week: Call Mom once, on Tuesday.

That card is all a supporter ever sees.

A supporter gets two emails a week. The one below is the second, and it shows the week you just read, from their side.

You: 2 of 3 this week

Friday2 of 3
  • Apply to four roles, at least one with a warm intro
  • Train three times, one of them before work
  • Call Mom twice

Send them one of these

One tap from the email, or a line back if they feel like writing one. Both optional, and neither needs an account or an app. What they see is the commitment and the answer.

Sam saw it.One tap, straight from the email. On a week with a miss the offer is a hand, a time to try again, or just that they saw it.

Then, by text

Tell your mom I say hi.

The best part still happens where you already talk.

You already know this one from a gym. You can train alone and it works. Then somebody stands behind the bar for two sets and you find reps you would have skipped, not because they said anything, but because they were there. Nothing about the weight changed.
